Original Audio offers with the OPA-5A a Class A amplifier and headphone amplifier duo, based on a tube architecture offering great musicality and sound richness. It uses two 12AU7 tubes for its preamplifier stage and two KT88 tubes for its Class A amplifier circuit.

The whole device benefits from a very nice design quality. Its power supply stage includes two EI transformers and a Japanese Z11 transformer, allowing to provide the audio circuits with a clean and stable electrical signal.

For its connectivity, the OPA-5A offers unbalanced stereo RCA and balanced stereo XLR as inputs, but also a Bluetooth wireless connectivity, allowing you to broadcast your music remotely, from your smartphone for example. For the outputs, there are terminals to connect your speakers as well as two headphone outputs, the first one in unbalanced 6.35mm jack and the second one in balanced XLR 4 poles.
