The MT-605 from xDuoo is a small and affordable amplifier, combining the performance of a Class D with the musicality of a tube system. Its amplifier stage is indeed based on a TI TPA3116 chip, allowing to deliver a 2x30W power output under 4Ω with a high efficiency. However, the circuit also integrates a 12AU7 tube, allowing to enjoy the soft and delicate sound of such a design. The power supply stage is not to be outdone, with a filtering circuit using quality Rubycon and Nichicon capacitors, ensuring that the audio circuits receive a clean electrical signal. As for the connections, the MT-605 goes to the essentials, with stereo RCA input and speaker terminals at the output.
