Here is an Interface I2S to SPDIF 75Ohm with management chipSPDIF WM8805. It allows a Amanero USB I2S interfaceto have an output in SPDIF format with BNC connector 75 Ohm.

It is possible to change theBNC connectorwelded by a AES EBU to be welded . Thus we have an I2S interface to AES EBU 110Ohm.

This new version4 capacitors 100μF on 16Vhigh quality filtering to lower the noise on the 5M voltage of the WM8805.

Main Features :

  • Interface I2S to SPDIF BNC dedicated Amanero.
  • Supplied with spacers for Amanero and JP1 connectors.
  • Dimensions: 30x95x17mm.
  • Weight: 30gr.

Amanero interface not supplied.

The Amanero interface must be snapped on via the supplied screw kit as shown in this picture:

Connect the red cable for the 5V as shown in the picture:

Here is the kit of screws supplied with the JP1 connector and to weld and allows interfacing with the Amanero:

Good Digital Output
I resoldered BNC socket to RCA cinch and it works fine with MY DAC (power from USB Amanero). Second DI will work as SPDIF output in Technics SH-GE90 (DAC has I2S PCM input)
