This LHY Audio digital interface module features I2S (on solder pads) and Bluetooth 5.1 inputs for wireless audio streaming from a smartphone or tablet. It also allows the integration of a USB Amanero or XMOS interface module (sold separately). The output is made in coaxial SPDIF and optical Toslink thanks to an Cirrus Logic WM8805 interface chip or in AES / EBU.
The Bluetooth input uses a Qualcomm QCC5125 receiver, supporting the high-resolution codecs aptX, aptX LL, aptX HD and LDAC for wireless quality sound reproduction. In addition, the module supports high-resolution audio streams via I2S or USB, up to PCM 32bit 384kHz and DSD256.
