This Tinysine ToslinkBee interface module converts an SPDIF signal via an optical Toslink input into an I2S signal. A DIR9001PW Burr-Brown chip converts the SPDIF signal to I2S, while the Cirrus Logic CS8421 chip handles the sampling rate. This module is capable of receiving sampling rates ranging from 16bit 44.1kHz to 24bit 96kHz, before converting it into a 16bit 48kHz I2S signal. The I2S output is on 2mm PCB connectors.
