Dual Linear Power Supply Module LT3042 5V 1A
This linear power supply module with two outputs is based on an LT3042 and a pair of high-performance A1930 transistors from Toshiba. It benefits from the PSRR architecture dedicated to the power supply of devices that are very sensitive to noise. It is one of the LTC power supply modules well known for their very low noise level. Its construction incorporates a precision voltage reference with a high performance voltage buffer. It can therefore be connected in parallel to further reduce noise, increase output current and split heat sources to avoid hot spots. It can provide a 5V output voltage while maintaining a minimum noise level. It will therefore be recommended to do everything to power all 5V 1A modules, like the USB XMOS / SPDIF interfaces. This power supply module is stable thanks to a Nover 6800µF capacitor.
