The Dayton Audio RS52FN-8 is a soft-dome midrange driver offering excellent off-axis response and superb midrange performance. Its 2” (5.1cm) damped fabric cone offers a linear response from midrange to low frequencies, allowing a smooth transition to the tweeters. Its superior dispersion characteristics eliminate aspiration and other problems that can arise in typical two-way designs with large woofers. Its high-quality construction includes a cast aluminum faceplate, metal grille, vented chassis and copper-clad pole piece. This model is ideal for use with other Reference Series loudspeakers, but will also work perfectly with any high-performance loudspeaker.
