HiVi DMB-A Dome Medium Speaker 50mm

This latest-generation model incorporates the principles that made the former DMB-A unit's success esteem, and improves the concept to achieve a new performance threshold.

This mid-range speaker now has a dome conical fabric of 50mm diameter , the surface of which is covered with a compound specifically chosen for its non-standard damping properties .

The winding of the moving part uses copper-plated aluminum wire permitting superior power handling, and reducing the resonance frequency to an optimum value for a better connection with the woofer.

The magnetic circuit composed of 2 symmetrically mounted armored magnets is based on a HiVi proprietary technology to allow a consequent increase in sensitivity, and a drastic reduction of harmonic distortions.

Thanks to its design and its mass, this exceptional engine also participates in the release of excess calories from the voice coil , assisted in this by a large acoustically ventilated chamber .

The result is a linear frequency sound, full of vitality, and the absence of distortion or coloring gives the sound scene a truly exceptional amplitude and naturalness.
