The 215 Signature is an evolution of the 215 RTF Bicone. It is the culmination of the Supravox experiment on membrane treatments and optimization of the motor / coil torque.
A new membrane treatment provides an even more harmonious and gentle overlap between the membrane and the bicone as well as better control of membrane fractionation.
The motor and coil have been modified to provide this speaker with greater diaphragm travel, better bass reproduction without dynamic compression.
The linear excursion changes from +/- 2mm to +/- 4mm. It offers a deep deeper tense and precise.
All this is paid for by a sensitivity of 93 dB / W.
This 215 is to be preferred for the followers of a very balanced listening.
