Ikko ITM05
Portable Balanced DAC Headphone Amplifier 2x CS43198 32bit 384kHz DSD256
The Ikko ITM05 is an ultra-portable balanced headphone amplifier and DAC combo, integrating high quality components in an extremely compact and lightweight format. It's the perfect companion for your smartphone to give you the best sound experience wherever you are. Practical, it slips easily into a pocket or bag.
Uncompromising design
While Ikko has designed its ITM05 to result in a compact format that fits in a pocket, no concessions have been made on the selected components and architecture to ensure high performance. Thus, the symmetrical digital/analog conversion stage includes a pair of Cirrus Logic CS43198 DAC chips, each managing one channel, ensuring great sound accuracy while considerably limiting power consumption. ITM05 measurements are therefore very good, with a THD at 0.0008% and an SNR at 122dB. In addition, it is capable of reading high-resolution files up to PCM 32bit 384kHz and DSD256.
Perfect compatibility
The ITM05 offers full compatibility with your favorite playback devices. The input is on USB-C port and the output on unbalanced 3.5mm jack or balanced 2.5mm jack. It can accompany an Android or iOS smartphone, a computer running Windows or Mac OS and will connect to balanced headphones as well as regular headphones.
Compact & Lightweight
The design of the ITM05 is an essential aspect of its conception. It can go everywhere with you without taking up too much space, it has a reduced size of only 5 x 5 x 1.2cm for a weight of 23g. The DAC can be attached to the back of your smartphone with silicone and sponge adhesive strips to make you forget you're there.
