Metallized polypropylene as a dielectric guarantees low tolerances. The winding is encapsulated by hand in Aluminium tubes to minimise microphony. The asymmetrical gold-plated pure Copper wires allow a classical horizontal or vertical mounting. The shorter wire also indicates the outer foil of the capacitor.
