Medium quality. I put it on a 3 m cable without much effort, but you have to be very gentle, because the individual threads like to pull out. Probably the price reflects the quality. Otherwise, as always, excellent in terms of packaging and delivery.

Braided sleeve made in PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) mono-strands which can be used in a wide variety of applications. Thanks to its expansibility, the unique PET weaving allows easy and fast installation on bulky connectors of irregular shape.
ThePETis braided from a 0.010 "monofilament of PolyEthylene Terephthalate for continuous use at temperatures between -40 ° C and 125 ° C . Its melting temperature is 210 ° C . It has good dielectric qualities as well as excellenttensile strength and angood elasticity . Its versatility is that it is used in fields as varied as the automotive industry, computer science, scuba diving, electronics, harnesses, audiovisual, and even some military applications.
WARNING :Depending on the diameter of the cable the effective length of the sheath can reduce up to 20%!
Depending on the diameter of your cable, it is necessary to plan the reduction of the sheath length according to the following table:

Assez fragile
Je n'ai pas d'expérience avec les gaines, c'est la première fois que j'en posais une, une fois trouvé "le coup" c'est assez facile à faire passer sur un cable de 16mm... * 6m. Pour le contre, elle semble très fragile et se troue facilement au moment de la pose. A voir comment elle va tenir sur la durée. Mais bel effet sur le câble.

J’ai déjà monté plusieurs gaines mais celle-ci est vraiment galère. Elle s’effiloche et se troue très facilement. Elle est très souple et donc sans tenue .Sensible au moindre accrochage. Pour l’enfiler sur un câble de 3 mètres , bon courage !.

Après un léger souci avec la gaine qui était trouée au déballage je tiens à remercier audiophonics qui m’a remplacé le produit sous 48 h
J’ai pu terminer mon travail sans problème
Cette belle gaine est très efficace et protége bien le câble
