The Burr Brown OPA627AP single op amp is a high performance model, offering smooth and musical sound reproduction. This model provides low noise, low offset voltage and high speed. The OPA627 is manufactured using a complementary NPN/PNP process with high speed and dielectric isolation. It operates over a wide range of power supplies, from ±4.5V to ±18V. The laser-tuned Difet input circuit provides high accuracy and low noise. Difet fabrication allows for extremely low input bias currents without compromising input voltage noise performance. The low input bias current is maintained over a wide input voltage range with a unique cascode circuit.
