Thanks to the ST90 ES9018K2M LAC you get a high-end digital audio player, accepting resolutions up to 32bit / 384kHz.

Optimized to offer a dynamic and accurate sound reproduction, this DAC ST4000 is equipped with a precision clock TCXO 100MHz Ultra low jitter. Assuring a THD + N (Harmonic Distortion + Noise) of 120dB and a S / N (Signal / Noise Ratio) of 127dB, this system offers excellent sound performance.

In addition, the interface between the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ and the DAC is here directly via an HDMI port. Thus, no need to install drivers to drive the DAC via the Raspberry.

Finally, the system offers a complete connectivity: 4 USB 2.0 ports to connect the devices of your choice (USB key, hard drive ...), 1 Ethernet port to enjoy the files stored on your network, a micro SD port for the OS, an HDMI output and a gold plated RCA output as well as a 3.5mm jack output to connect your favorite audio devices.
