Aune Yuki SE Portable Balanced DAC / Discrete Headphone Amplifier ES9280ACPro 32bit 768kHz DSD512
The Yuki SE from Aune is a portable DAC that doubles up as a headphone amplifier thanks to an amplification stage made up of discrete components. This DAC is based on an ES9280AC Pro chip for signal conversion up to PCM 32 bit 765kHz and DSD512, and uses 16 transistors in 4 different channels to deliver an output power of 90mW at 30Ω while maintaining exceptionally low noise and harmonic distortion.
Aune Yuki SE: Amplification using transistors
Unlike the majority of amplifiers for portable headphones, which use integrated designs where the amplification chip is fixed, the Yuki SE opts for an amplification stage made up of 16 transistors divided between 4 channels, giving Aune much greater leeway to fine-tune the final sound as finely as possible.
Aune Yuki SE: Highly technically advanced
Moreover, in addition to the amplification stage, the other components that make up the Yuki SE are not to be outdone. The digital/analogue conversion stage is based on an ES9280AC Pro chip, enabling it to handle signals up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512. Furthermore, to ensure optimum performance, the Yuki SE is equipped with an internal femtosecond clock based on two AS318 low-jitter crystal oscillators. Finally, the device's power supply is based on multiple DC signal management, incorporating multiple voltage and noise regulators to provide the cleanest possible power supply to the 4 transistor channels.
Aune Yuki SE: Double layer structure
The Yuki SE uses a special two-layer printed circuit board to separate the digital input stage from the analogue amplifier stage. Thanks to this attention to detail in everything that makes up the Yuki SE, it offers a noise level of just 2.9μV and a harmonic distortion rate of 0.00050%.
Aune Yuki SE: Compatibilité étendue
The Yuki SE will pair easily with most headphones on the market thanks to its output power, 90mW under 30Ω on its 3.5mm jack output and 160mW under 30Ω on its balanced 4.4mm jack output. You can also connect it to your computer easily via USB to take full advantage of its capabilities, as it requires no driver to operate.
