Equipped with an XMOS USB processor, the Q1 Mark II supports most audio formats. Thus it is capable of decoding 32bit PCM 384kHz or DSD256 files. Combined with two separate crystal oscillators, each is designed to support different sampling rates to achieve the highest possible D/A conversion accuracy. The Q1 Mark II is an affordable, high-performance and versatile headphone amplifier.
Intelligent conversion and amplification design
The FiiO Q1 Mark II incorporates high-end components into its design. This includes an AKM AKM AK4452 DAC that decodes high sample rates, up to 32bit 768kHz and DSD (with conversion) and provides a high signal-to-noise ratio for very low distortion.
The amplifier chip is the same as the one used in the DAP DAC FiiO X7 Mark II AM3A, which is the very good OPA926, with a very low noise output.
Finally, the low-pass filter for the line output is provided by a very low noise and distortion OPA1662 Sound Plus series operational amplifier.
Hi-Res Audio Certification
The Q1 Mark II has been certified "Hi-Res Audio" by the Japan Audio Society, a label that guarantees quality and an unforgettable sound performance.
Apple MFi Official Certification
The Apple MFi certification program is extremely strict, with only 2% of the devices sent out on the market meeting the criteria. This MFi certification is synonymous for the Q1 with compatibility with all versions of iOS but also with a certain level of quality.
Particularly suitable for iPhone
By connecting the Lightning cable to Micro-USB includes Q1 Mark II to the iPhone, you can continue to use your headset with 3.5mm jack for maximum audio quality on your iPhone.
Compatible with Sony Walkman DAPs
Using a specially designed adapter cable (not included, soon to be available for purchase), you can connect Q1 Mark II to the WM-Port of your Sony Walkman player and enjoy the decoding quality of the Q1 Mark II.
Perfectly adapted to your computer
The Q1 Mark II can be used as a USB DAC when combined with a computer via USB cable, thus allowing you to enjoy a PCM conversion up to 32bit 384kHz. With a Mac, the FiiO is automatically recognized and does not require driver installation. With a Windows computer, you will need to install the driver supplied by FiiO and available at the bottom of this page, allowing the use of an ASIO output.
The Q1 Mark II comes with a multi-function 3.5mm jack connector, which can be used as a line input or output. When used with the line input, the Q1 Mark II can be used as a pure amplifier, to associate with another player. When the line output is selected, the Q1 Mark II can function as a DAC and be associated with an external amplifier.
Innovative ADC volume adjustment technology
The Q1 Mark II uses an ingenious ADC volume adjustment mechanism. By reconstructing the ADC curve, problems such as volume imbalance between the right and left channels or noise generated by adjusting the volume are avoided. In addition, the volume control is also much more precise.
A volume knob with an obconic design
The volume knob is characterized by a unique obconic design, allowing for a larger knob, making it easier to use. This also allows the space between the volume knob and the rest of the unit to be completely restricted, ensuring that both parts are connected.
Every detail thought to achieve perfection
Each part of the Q1 Mark II is designed to offer a coherent complete product. In this way, all front connectors and volume knob are perfectly aligned, giving the product a harmonious design.
High-quality metal housing
While the sandblasted and anodized black metal housing gives the Q1 Mark II a strong aesthetics, the Q1 Mark II also protects the unit from EMI interference, ensuring uncompromised sound quality.
Switch easily between Single-Ended or Balanced outputs
The Q1 Mark II incorporates both Single Ended and Balanced outputs, providing two different listening modes. The Single-Ended 3.5mm output will provide an excellent audio experience on a large majority of headphones. The Balanced 2.5mm output used with the appropriate headphones (e. g. FiiO headphones) will allow you to completely rediscover your music, offering a richer and more detailed sound.
Automatic detection of the connected device
Thanks to its USB interface, the FiiO DAP is able to automatically determine which device type is connected. Thus, no need to make manual adjustments, the Q1 Mark II automatically sets the optimal settings for a seamless user experience. For example, if an iPhone is plugged into the Q1 Mark II, it will automatically disable the USB charging function to preserve the smartphone battery. If a computer is plugged in, then the Q1 Mark II will identify it and activate the charge via USB, allowing the DAP FiiO to be constantly powered.
Switch for Gain and Bass-Boost function
The Q1 Mark II incorporates a two switch, allowing the first to adjust the gain according to the sensitivity of the headphones used, and the second to activate the Bass-Boost function according to your listening style.
A complete package
Comes with a wide range of accessories, the Q1 Mark II is immediately usable. Thus the package includes a Lightning cable to Micro USB, a Micro USB cable, a 3.5mm jack cable, two long silicone elastics, two short silicone elastics, a silicone pad and a carrying bag.

Bon produit Mon seul point de comparaison étant les IPods de Apple je ne peux qu’être content Le rendu est bon le son reste clair la scène sonore a même un peu de relief Je les ai connectés sur mon ampli casque sédentaire on entend la différence ce qui est également une preuve de qualité Excellent rapport Q/P

Très bon produit Excellente solution nomade HiRes Testé à partir de Tidal lis tous les fichiers avec un excellent rendu respect des timbres et spatialisation correcte convient très bien à l’IPhone encombrement réduit bonne ergonomie design sympathique Que demander de plus à ce prix ? Whouah !!! Excellent Je découvre les DAC et celui est excellent. Multiples connexions soit à partie de iOS ou autres (jack ou Android à condition d'acheter le câble compatible) Depuis j'ai totalement abandonné le MP3 320K, pour passer au Flac et c'est un régal pour mes oreilles.

Super matériel Franchement, pour le prix, je suis bluffé, je rédécouvre quasiment toutes mes musiques (fichiers FLAC, sur Tidal ou Quobuz). Je voulais tester ce genre de produit et je ne suis pas déçu. Pour son placement, c'est vraiment un bon DAC ampli :)
