The Hidizs XO is the ideal companion to accompany a smartphone and enjoy a high quality sound reproduction. Combo DAC and portable headphone amplifier, it benefits from very good performances and a neat design, perfect to listen to your music in the best conditions, especially on the move. It even provides a double balanced / single-ended output to fit all headphones and earphones.
Dual ES9219C DAC & Independant clock
The digital to analog conversion section of the Hidizs XO uses two Sabre ESS ES9219C DAC chips, one per channel, to provide high precision decoding. This accuracy is further enhanced by the association of a powerful independent oscillator with these chips, which allows a drastic reduction of jitter. Furthermore, the DAC supports high-resolution audio streams up to 32bit 384kHz PCM and DSD256 as well as MQA file decoding for the most transparent sound reproduction possible.
MQA 16X
The Hidizs XO supports MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) technology, allowing for a sound reproduction as close as possible to the original studio recording. It is able to decode and playback these files up to MQA 16X to provide you with unparalleled music quality.
Filter selection
The circular button on the front of the XO allows you to change the filtering mode on the fly, without the need to use an external application or to update the device's firmware. You can thus adapt the XO's sound reproduction to your taste and your listening device.
Innovative design
The Hidizs XO features a high-density aluminum alloy shell designed using a 5-axis CNC process. The two sides of the device are engraved with great precision, revealing a beautiful diffuse LED lighting.
Balanced & Single-ended
Despite its compactness and light weight, the Hidizs XO provides two outputs: one in single-ended Jack 3.5mm format and the second in balanced Jack 2.5mm format. It can be connected to your headphones or earphones, both balanced and single-ended. It also delivers enough power to accompany many headphones, up to 300Ω.
Sample rate indicator light
The circular button on the front panel of the XO is surrounded by an LED indicator displaying in real time, according to its color, the sampling rate and the format of the file being played.
