Burson Audio's Timekeeper 3X GT is an excellent dual mono Class AB amplifier that incorporates many advanced technologies and components to ensure pure, rich, accurate, and dynamic sound reproduction. Thanks to the patented Max Current Power Supply (MCPS) and innovative cooling, the Timekeeper 3X GT is capable of delivering a significant amount of Class A power, far greater than most Class AB amplifiers, ensuring low distortion and noise. In terms of design, the Timekeeper 3X GT is completely discrete, with no integrated circuitry on its audio circuitry. The discrete Burson Vivid amplifier gives the unit a unique, detailed and textured sound. Its direct-coupled circuitry features a fully differential input stage. By using no coupling transformers or capacitors, the Timekeeper 3X GT achieves exceptional dynamic response. In addition, its one-piece, independently powered design eliminates inter-channel interference to ensure a wide soundstage.

For its power supply, Burson Audio's amplifier comes with a 210W Super Charger AC adapter, converting the noisy 50Hz main current into a perfectly clean, direct current stream with near-zero impedance. In addition, the Timekeeper 3X GT's internal MCPS power supply stage boosts the operating frequency of the voltage beyond 170kHz, pushing any residual noise out of the range of the human ear.

Adding to this exceptional design is an innovative cooling system. With each component having a specific operating temperature range, the use of active cooling allows Burson Audio to push the Timekeeper 3X GT to its limits. In combination with a heat sink chassis, the amplifier features Noctua's quietest fan.
