H-Wound design

The H-Wound structure is a threading technique allowing a high quality fill rate with 16,000 spirals/turns per meter, without loss of strands during the manufacturing process.

The high precision of assembly and clamping guarantees the same number of strands and the same cross-section for each conductor all the way to the end of the final connection, which every enthusiastic hobbyist has the right to expect from a top-of-the-range mains cable. This high-resolution cable has a cable-in-cable construction. After the sheath, there is a conventional EMI protective layer separated by two layers of cotton strands. This acts as a mechanical vibration decoupling with the conductive and dielectric graphene part of the cable.

After extrusion, the Silver Dart's strands go through a high voltage thermal surface cleaning process, close to electrolysis and more efficient than cleaning with a conventional cleaning agent. The result is high purity, completely removing extraction oils and surface heating residues. This process also results in a ready-to-use cable that is already grounded and offers an optimal result from the very first notes of music on a high-end HiFi system.
