Ultra Sonic 7 Treatment

This is a two-step process. In the first step, the bare conductor is passed through a ceramic mold in an ultrasonic cleaning chamber. This process removes impurities and imperfections from the surface of the wire down to the molecular level. Once each wire has been treated, they are bundled together for further treatment. During this second step, the voltage is increased while remaining below the conductor's threshold. This adjustment provides a running-in effect in addition to the 30 to 40 hours of signal and/or current that each wire receives. The Ultra Sonic 7 and Deep Cryo treatments allow the cable to be prepared to run in in a few days rather than several months once at the user's premises.
