Turn your USB ports into a sector-based trigger thanks to this Audiophonics module and made in France, in our workshops.
Theis device has an IEC inlet and IEC output (sector). By default, no current flows between the two connectors.
A micro-USB port is on the side of the device. When this input is fed with a 5V DC (USB), it closes the circuit between the input and the IEC IEC output, which allows current to pass.
This type of accessory can be used in a variety of fields. In the case of an audio installation, it will be particularly useful for setting up the lighting of a preamp, DSP, amplificateur..etc from Raspberry Pi based device. By extension, the same principle applies to any device with a powered USB port : simply connect one of the ports of the master device to the trigger Module
