 Attenuator stereo relay Module

This relay balanced stereo volume attenuator module allows for the design of high quality and precision preamplifiers. The principle is simple. An analog potentiometer sends an analog voltage to control an 8-bit ADC controller that opens and closes relays on precision resistors.

The principle is the same as the switched resistance potentiometers in terms of audio output. Listening to this type of technology allows a great amount of details, a dynamqiue acrrue contrary to a carbon potentiometer showing a high noise level and a greater distortion at low volume.

This attenuator has balanced inputs and outputs that can be doubled by RCA inputs and outputs to be soldered on the PCB.

It can be used either as a passive attenuator or coupled with active preamplifier buffer modules.
