Transcendantal !
Mon DAC Musical Paradise MP-DX, propose une option d'horloge externe équipée d'origine d'une horloge Accusilicon AS338-B déjà excellente et alimentée par batterie. L'horloge externe apporte incontestablement ses qualités d'écoute. Mais j'ai voulu aller encore plus loin en remplaçant l'Accusilicon par cette horloge Ian Canada SC-Pure (49.1520 MHz). Ce fabuleux DAC MP-DX bien trop méconnu en France passe alors à un autre niveau. Il était déjà au dessus des nuages, le voilà dans les étoiles !

L'amélioration après quelques heures de fonctionnement est globale et le DAC déjà très bon devient alors incroyable ! La qualité de cette horloge est telle qu'elle est capable de transcender un DAC d'une manière étonnante.

Attention à bien repérer le bon sens de connexion, les broches sont numérotées.

Packaging and shipping were superb. I was really curious how these expensive clocks would hold up. They don't let down. Much better than the accusillicon. Treble/mid/bass took a giant leap.

Imaging way better :)

It is so good, so happy to have high-end sound in my living room.

L'horloge IAN Canada a transformé mon expérience musicale. Remplaçant l'ancien dans mon DMP-A6 Master, il a nettement amélioré la qualité sonore, éliminant les distorsions pour révéler la richesse de chaque note. Sa fabrication de qualité et le service client exemplaire ont également impressionné. Je recommande vivement ce bijou audiophile à quiconque cherche à améliorer son système audio pour une expérience d'écoute captivante et immersive.

First of all, I put a single clock on Ian Canada's dualxo board, with a very good linear feed and Ian Canada's ADM715X regulator. The result was very good: the scene was clearly going forward and upwards, more air between the instruments and more detail, the reverberations of the recording were especially noticeable.
After improving the feeding with Ian Cada Lifepo4 and UCconditioner MKII the change has been even more spectacular, highlighting that there is still more clarity in the recordings, and my system is already very transparent, but what stands out the most is the considerable increase in bass. I have a system with coxial speakers and ripol subwoofer, the theory says that I should not have a seismic bass, typical of closed boxes, but surprisingly and inexplicably it has appeared with the change of power. I have to say that my system is very good and I have some amazing speaker cables, I don't know if the effect on more modest systems can be just as good.
