SUPTRONICS X830
SATA Adapter for HDD on Raspberry Pi
While the Raspberry Pi is an extremely versatile SBC, it does not have a SATA connector for a hard drive. With the X830, this problem is solved, since the module comes directly under the Raspberry Pi and gives it a SATA connection. It is thus possible to offer a large storage capacity to your RPI, up to 10TB, while having a very good transfer speed thanks to the USB 3.1 to SATA 6Gb/s controller.
Important : RPI Power supply
The X830 module powers the Raspberry Pi. Do not power the RPI directly via his Micro USB plug. To power the Raspberry Pi simply connect the power cable (2 wires, red and black) as shown below.
