ETI CODA RCA Connectors (Set x4)

The ETI Coda RCA connectors, the evolution of the brand's Silver Link, are RCA connectors with 99.99% pure silver contacts for optimum signal transmission and increased resistance to oxidation and corrosion. Following in the footsteps of Silver Link, ETI Coda RCA connectors are designed to limit EMI/RFI interference thanks to a silver-plated brass body.

ETI Coda RCA: an advanced design

The main solution for keeping the connector free from interference is to get rid of the ground. The sound can be altered by the capacitance and additional resistance of too much ground. With this in mind, ETI has chosen to keep mass to a minimum. To achieve this, the silver is machined in such a way as to leave almost only the signal contact. This method is much more costly to manufacture, but the sonic result is very much in evidence. The return contact is assembled by hand and integrated into the connector body. This ensures that the ETI Coda connector will work for years, whatever the conditions of use and the force applied when connecting it.

The silver selected by ETI for its ETI CODA is largely what sets it apart from other brands' silver connectors. It's 99.99% pure silver, not just plated. This silver comes from a foundry in England, and is worked specifically to suit ETI's machines.
