Battery-Powered Portable Headphone Amplifier AK4493EQ XMOS 32bit 384kHz DSD256
Direct successor to the XD-05, the xDuoo XD-05 Plus headphone amplifier with built-in DAC, it takes over the best features of its big brother while improving sound performances and connectivity. A particularly complete connection system that allows the XD-05 Plus to be adapted to all needs.
With a power reserve of 1000mW at 32Ω, the XD-05 Plus has a comfortable power level that allows it to easily accompany many headphone models.
The XD-05 Plus only integrates high quality, performance-oriented audio chips. It includes a digital-to-analog conversion chip AKM AK4493EQ and a USB XMOS XU208 interface, operating in asynchronous mode. The latter allow the support of high sampling rates, with PCM up to 32bit 384kHz and DSD up to DSD256.
With its 3.8V / 5000mAh battery, the xDuoo headphone amplifier has no need to worry about its autonomy. This ensures that it operates for many hours before recharging.

No matter which drive you are using, it is very likely that the XD-05 Plus can be adapted to it. Indeed, the latter offers a particularly complete panel of connectors for a portable amplifier: USB-C, Coaxial, Optical, Jack 3.5mm.
Always with the aim of providing the best possible sound reproduction, the xDuoo XD-05 Plus features two ultra-fable active phase noise clocks, operating with a CPLD. This combination allows a considerable reduction of the jitter, lowering it to a level at which it is undetectable.
The integrated filtering and high efficiency conversion circuitry optimizes the LDO circuit of the power supply to provide the DAC, LPF, amplification, USB interface and SPDIF receiver with an independent and clean power supply.
The XD-05 Plus integrates a dual OPA mounted on a DIP8 bracket. It is therefore extremely easy to replace it with another model, without the need for welding, in order to enjoy a different sound.
Caution! Be careful when changing these components, as any improper handling that damages the device or PDOs will void the warranty.
Combined with the xDuoo 05BL Bluetooth module (sold separately), the XD-05 Plus becomes a true Bluetooth DAC Amplifier. It is thus possible to enjoy your music remotely and without any wires!
