Meaning of the terms R, RE, RS and RxE on SMPS power supplies

QR, R : SINGLE or DUAL power supplies with classic LLC resonance filter for class A/B or D amplifiers, the SMPS R are characterized by their price/performance ratio.

RE : SMPS power supplies with differential and multiple voltage resonant filter outputs featuring a low noise EMI filter (with CLC filter on low ripple output) for high end class A/B or D/T amplifiers. It is a good alternative to conventional linear power supplies (usually suitable for TA2022, TDA8920, TDA8950, IRS2092 amplifiers).

RS : SMPS power supplies similar to RE but with "Single Rail Output" with resonant filter including LLC filter with low noise EMI filter (with CLC filter in low ripple output) for high end amplifiers in class A/B or D/T. Replaces conventional linear power supplies.

RxE : The top of the line SMPS 600, 800W and 2000W featuring the latest generation of LLC resonant filters (with low ripple output CLC filter) with high end FET transistors. Especially recommended for high end class D amplifiers (IRS2092, HYPEX, CXD). Can also be used for classic class A/B amplifiers.
