This LOF550-20B12 switching-mode power supply module delivers 12V and 41A for 550W of power. The module features high-quality components and is mounted on a metal plate for efficient heat dissipation. The LOF550-20B12 power supply accepts a wide input voltage range from 90V to 260V AC. Moreover, the module incorporates PFC (Power Factor Correction), enabling it to achieve an efficiency rate of 91%. If required, you can adjust the output voltage from 11.4V to 12.6V using an adjustable resistor.
In addition to its AC input connectors and positive and negative output screw terminals, the LOF550-20B12 is equipped with a 2-pin connector for powering a fan for optimum heat dissipation. A 4-pin input for end-of-line voltage compensation (feedback compensation) and its offset are also present. This enables the power supply's output voltage to be self-regulated according to the needs of the powered module, should the voltage delivered suffer losses in the conductors due to the distance between the power supply module and the powered module.

The LOF550-20B12 switching power supply features an active PFC (Power Factor Correction) with Mosfet transistor. The PFC enables a first switching step to obtain a continuous, non-out-of-phase current at the power supply input. This has two advantages: first, the power supply's efficiency becomes optimum, with a rate of over 90%, and second, the announced power values will remain as they are, whatever the input voltage to the PFC. For example, this power supply will deliver 550W whether the input voltage is 110V or 220V.
