Bluesound Vault 2i
HiFi 2TB Server and Network Player with CD Ripper 32bit 192kHz MQA
The Bluesound Vault 2i Server, Network Drive and CD Ripper, successor to the Vault 2, takes what made its big brother so successful by making technical improvements to make it an even more powerful network drive. As a result, its wireless connectivity capabilities are improved, with a Bluetooth 4.2 version, offering a more stable, fast and secure transmission. Similarly, the Ethernet and Wifi modules have been improved to offer higher data rates.
Audio files for audiophiles
By integrating an ultra quiet and very low power consumption 2TB hard disk, the Bluesound Vault 2i allows you to rip your CD collection to high resolution FLAC, WAV or MP3 for space saving. The Vault 2i also allows you to access your downloads, your iTunes library or a NAS / Computer via the USB port, and many other solutions to store your music library.
An independent device
The Vault 2i once connected to your Internet network via Ethernet or Wi-Fi allows you to access and share your music library and stream it to any Bluesound player, without having to use a computer. A powerful ARM Cortex A9 Dual Core processor allows the device to perform multiple tasks at once while streaming to multiple rooms without latency in playback.
The power of BluOS
Take control of the most versatile audio streamer with the BluOS control application. With the ability to play and store audio files from many streaming services, radios and internet podcasts as well as the ability to rip your CDs, the Vault 2i remains very simple to control from the intuitive application developed especially by Bluesound. You can access and share your audio files with the BlueOS application and stream them in high quality to multiple rooms in your home.
Constant access to your music
The Vault 2i uses your internet network to configure itself quickly. With its fast Gigabit Ethernet connectivity, it provides fast, uninterrupted playback, even when you stream high-resolution files. This makes it possible to stream your music in multiple rooms at once to Bluesound wireless speakers but you can also take advantage of the device's full connectivity to connect it to your existing system.
The Vault 2i allows you to view and control your music from any Bluesound player directly from the BluOS application. Whether you are streaming from a music streaming service, a podcast, internet radios or even from your NAS / computer connected via USB, the Vault 2i offers an innovative and powerful multi-room experience.
