This USB-C cable (reversible) to USB-B standard 3.1 appropriate for all applications requiring high speed transfer of data between two devices that have connectivity and adequate drivers. Beware, in the case of USB-B connectors, standard 3.1 is not backwards compatible with the female connectors 2.0. This cable can not therefore be used to connect a device with a USB-B 2.0 connection.
