Thanks to the innovative use of an aluminum ring, this loudspeaker delivers unrivalled audio performance. This Faraday ring, precisely positioned around the speaker's pole piece, not only stabilizes the magnetic field, but also significantly reduces distortion for perfectly coherent sound.
Diffraction caused by the abrupt edge of the suspension is minimized by the use of an indexed junction. This feature creates a smooth transition between diaphragm and suspension, which improves frequency response, while enhancing diaphragm rigidity, thus reducing distortion at high excursion.
Copper-clad aluminum wire (CCA) reduces moving mass, improving overall sound quality and driver efficiency. A raised spider and vented design increase airflow to the voice coil, keeping the whole unit cool during long periods of use.
The aluminum construction of the diaphragm is light, rigid and reduces distortion, contributing to more accurate sound reproduction. The anodization processus is optimized to contribute to diaphragm damping, while giving the loudspeaker a modern aesthetic.
The cast aluminum frame isolates diaphragm movement, enhancing low-frequency performance and providing additional heat dissipation. The stainless steel badge completes the speaker's sleek aesthetic.
