Enfin satisfait
J’ai acheté ce dac ampli casque pour pouvoir exploiter min recent achat d’un casque moondrop para sur ce même site. Ce dernier sous 08ohms manquait cruellement de volume connecté à mon littledot mk2.
Aujourd’hui, totale satisfaction la puissance 3watts sous 16 ohms est parfaite pour mon casque.
Je découvre le dac et envisage un abonnement pour exploiter ses capacités au delà du mp3 et aac.

I use it when I'm working.
It has an amazing sound. The connections are very good. All the youth problems reported are already corrected. I am very happy with it. Recommend.

Competent product with minor setbacks
SMSL DL200 is a solidly built, pretty good-looking DAC/HPamp with a nice set of features.

The screen isn't big but it is very clear and easy to see from several meters away, and the sound quality is as good as it gets in this price category. I'm using it as a DAC in my system so I cannot say anything regarding to the headphone amplifier. Among the pros, there are a couple of cons, though.

Firstly, it doesn't have signal-sensing auto-on feature, so you have to manually turn it on (and off) every time. I'm hoping this could be fixed with a driver update. Secondly, the USB-C port is VERY sensitive to slightest movement of the unit or cable and leads to the DAC dropping out of sync with the signal source and a very loud, short hissing noise from the speakers, so do not move it around when playing music.

All in all I've been pleased with the product. It isn't perfect but it comes with a very competent set of features and good build quality.

Recommended for the sound quality and connections
It clearly improved the sound quality and the gain of my setup.
I'm using it with a pair of active monitors. First connected by RCA and then using the balanced 6.35mm TRS jacks.
The USB quality is great.
Via Bluetooth is also very good (the DAC seems to detect the best codec for each connection. In may case used Ldac with Android and ACC mainly with iOS. It works at leat up to 10 meters even with walls in between.
It has a huge volume range that allows maximum detail.
The screen, apart from the source and out connections, shows the kHz rate quality and the volume when in use.
It would be great if, when possible, it showed the bit rate of the track.
The built looks good, of quality and solid for the DAC itself and for the remote. But I found a couple of minor issues with the materials: The base of the DAC is not perfectly straight, and the device does not sit well on the table, wobbling a little. A small non-slip feet pad fixed the problem.
It was not possible to fully adjust the Bluetooth antenna, preventing it from maintaining its vertical position. Again, a piece of duct tape did the trick.
I like the integrated energy transformer but it makes the device bulkier.
The remote is solid although for it to work it must positioned directly pointed to the DAC and without any obstacles. The minimum intrusion or side positioning will prevent it from work.
Take into account that it does not include AAA batteries for the remote and you will need them for it to work.
As cable it comes with the energy cable and the USB-C to USB 3.0.
