Sonically and aesthetically MX10-22 performs well - a powerful motor, large double voice coil, nice looks and high excursion capabilities make this a good choice. I'm running two of these with a 350WPC class-D PA-amp in 60-liter reflex enclosures tuned to about 23Hz, and they perform beautifully both in listening to music and when watching movies.
The caveat considers part of the structural design of MX10-22. Binding posts on the driver (which are of nice quality) are placed so wide and up on to the basket that they make installing the driver into an enclosure very hard, especially if the baffle of the enclosure is thick - you cannot just drop it into place and be done with it. I had to bend the binding posts downward as much as I was able to, and to carve two slots into the mounting hole for the posts AND to work the driver into the mounting hole at an angle to get it in. In my case the front baffle of the enclosure is 40mm thick.
Other than that, this is a great driver especially considering the price.
